Visionflex’s videoconferencing platform, Vision, transforms internet-connected devices into remote examination and diagnostic tools.

Vision is designed specifically for health professionals and patients participating in telehealth video consultations that require remote clinical examinations.

Vision technology uses high-quality video and audio to provide end-to-end encryption to securely connect multiple health professionals with a patient via PC, Mac, tablet and smartphone.

The platform’s built-in clinical functions allow a range of patient health data to be collected, viewed and shared in real time including blood pressure, ECG, temperature, pulse oximetry, blood glucose and weight.

Vision also incorporates TrueSteth — a digital stethoscope app that transmits stethoscope audio digitally with no loss of quality and provides the remote physician with control of volume, gain and audio filter settings of a digital stethoscope being used to listen to a patient’s heart, lung and body sounds.

Vision’s camera functions include: MultiVu, allowing multiple participants to simultaneously activate and switch between numerous clinical video cameras; ExamVu, which integrates remote clinical examinations during a videoconference with the far-end doctor guiding the process and receiving real-time, on-screen patient data; RoomVu, to remotely view and control IP- and USB-based pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ) ceiling and room cameras; SnapShot, to capture, share and store multiple clinical images during video consultations; and Telestrations, for annotating shared clinical images and PDF documents in real time.
