AQUAAIR oil-free air compressors are designed to provide a clean air supply for patients in operation rooms and medical practices, while offering secure availability and sustainably cost-effective production.

The compressed air is generated in completely oil-free units which are economical in operation. Depending on the application, the AQUAAIR units can save up to 35% of current energy usage from an oil-free system.

Some key benefits of choosing AQUAAIR to provide uninterrupted air supply to a facility are: no oil in the chamber or as a coolant/lubricant, therefore reducing risk of seal or gasket failure leading to health risk for patients; 100% duty rated equipment from 5 kW upwards unlike scrolls and pistons which are not designed to run above 50% duty cycle; variable speed drives are integrated as standard; efficient even at higher pressures due to low compression temperature (dry screws, piston and scroll all run very hot and thus lose extra energy in compression); no Teflon coating inside AQUAAIR units — other oil-free units (think pistons, scrolls and screws) use highly cancerogenic Teflon in their equipment; special units to provide up to 15 bar pressure available; and high ambient versions with flexible cooling system are available on request.
