GMHBA appoints Janine Haigh as new Clinical Director
Janine Haigh has been appointed as the new Director of Clinical Care at regional private health insurer GMHBA’s Health and Branch Network.
Spanning Western Victoria (including Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Warrnambool and Portland) the pivotal senior leadership role will be accountable to lead and oversee all clinicians in GMHBA’s eye care, GP, dental, physiotherapy and hub locations.
A highly regarded clinical leader, Haigh has over 25 years’ executive leadership experience within ASX-listed companies as well as private equity and not-for-profit organisations. Her expertise lies within mental health and acute private hospital sectors, most recently as the General Manager and Director of Nursing at The Geelong Clinic for the past 11 years. She has also held the same role at St Helens Private Hospital, Geelong Private Hospital and St John of God Healthcare.
Chief Operating Officer (Health & Branch Network) Natalie Lanarus said that now more than ever GMHBA’s members and patients were focused on their health and wellbeing.
