Research Australia Awards Open

For the first time, achievements in health services research will be recognised as a category in the Research Australia Awards, now open for nominations.
Now in their 12th year, the Research Australia Awards recognise and celebrate leaders who have made significant contributions to health and medical research in Australia. As well as achievements in health services research, categories include discovery, advocacy, philanthropy and lifetime achievement.
The following Awards will be presented in 2014:
- Griffith University Discovery Award
- Advocacy Award
- Macquarie Group Foundation Great Australian Philanthropy Award
- Leadership in Corporate Giving Award
- NSW Government Health Services Research Award
- The Kids' Cancer Project Lifetime Achievement Award
- The Peter Wills Medal
Nominations for the Research Australia awards must be received by COB on Tuesday 1st July 2014. The awards will be presented at a gala dinner on 5th November, 2014.
