This event aims to help health professionals take a multi-disciplinary, collaborative approach to patient care.
Dutch Neurologist and Co-Founder of ParkinsonNet, Professor Bas Bloem will deliver the keynote, discussing the importance of patient-centred care and a multi-disciplinary response to Parkinson’s in improving patient outcomes and reducing healthcare costs. Bloem has experience in implementing a national network of trained health professionals able to treat Parkinson’s patients in the hospital, community and their homes.
